Gentlemen,

This is just a reminder to ensure that we are all still abiding by the conditions set by the club in the light of the Covid -19 pandemic.

Green Booking:

The booking system is still in operation for those members wishing to play outside of the Alliance Tuesday fixtures and Friday pairs competition.

Members wishing to play outside of these times are still required to either email, text or call the following:

Only when the booking request is acknowledged and confirmed by return of text or email should the member assume that the booking is completed.

Records of attendance still have to be kept in case needed for contact tracing in the unlikely event that someone catches the virus.

Sanitisation:

Can members please ensure that the mats and jack are cleaned with sanitiser spray provided and then immediately washed down with the hose after each match. Hand sanitiser and wipes are also available in the away changing rooms for use before and after the games as well as after use of the toilets.

Car Registration numbers

The security desk now has a list of all members cars who have already frequented the club. Any member yet to attend the club by car should still forward their vehicle registration number to Peter Christian in advance of making their first visit.
