To all Members,

It has been such an unusual year for us all. The lock down meant that we could not open the club for much of the season and even now we are having to follow strict rules when we play. Some of you have had to continue to shield for longer periods but I trust that you and your families have come through all of this safely.

We do not know if we will be able to hold our AGM in October but we will be producing our reports as normal to ensure you are kept up to date. One of the items on the AGM agenda will be the nominations for officers of the club. Given the unusual nature of this year, I have asked all the existing incumbents to remain in post. They have agreed to stand again. This does not preclude anyone else from putting their name forward for election.

If you feel you would like to be considered for election to any of the posts will you please send your name to me by Friday 25th September, confirming which post you wish to be considered for and the names of your proposer and seconder.
