Ladies & Gentlemen,

Further to Phil’s notification about the clean up day. We are now looking for volunteers to initially come along on Tuesday 17th March for a 09:30 start and finishing about 14:00 depending on individual personal circumstances. Dependant on numbers and how much can be achieved on the day we can allocate further working party days in the week or following week. It would useful to have an Idea of numbers so if you can respond with your availability it would be most appreciated. Please note however, that Avonmore are attending the green on Thursday so working on that day will not be feasible.
