Ladies and Gentlemen,

The management committee had a meeting on the 2nd March, and I was asked to inform you of a few things prior to the green opening on the on Friday the 10th April and a few points of intrest.

1 As there is a lot of work to be done before the opening of the green. We will be holding a weeklong working party to get the green and surrounds ready for the open day on the 10th April commencing on the 16th March and if anyone can turn up during the week a member of the committee will be there to organise the clean up on each day.

2 If you have put your names down for the County comps the draw has taken place and the sheets have been put up in the away changing room for you to check on who you are playing, where and what date. Also, if anyone wishes to put Thayer names forward for County Seniors Trial on Tuesday the 5th May at Llanbradach BC please let me know so I can put your name forward this needs to be sent off to the County senior manager by the 10th April without fail.

3. For your information at the PGBAW AGM I was elected as the President of the PGBAW for 2026, so we need another member to go forward for the delegates position for 2027.

Philip Edwards

Club Secretary.
