Hi Guys, Our game this week against Windsor Penarth at home has been cancelled as the away team are not yet in a position to begin playing. Instead, I have arranged for a completion between us with teams of 4 players based, mainly on the team selection from last week. I shall make a draw before the game to see which teams play each other We will be playing 2 rinks with two teams on each rink, tea is being arranged for half time and Ray will have the bar open at full time.

From the names I have we have two reserves who will take part at some stage. If anyone from the team selected cannot play then please let me know. If more members turn up, we can also run a 3rd rink and include them in the competition. We will have a raffle with ray selling tickets for £1 per head and we can also play a diddler for the highest scoring team.

If the weather is inclement then Chris and Ray are arranging for the pavilion to be open to enable us to sit inside, under the Covid 19 regulations.

So let’s have a good afternoon with plenty of banter and insults and be ready to boo the winning diddler team as usual.

See you all tomorrow, the team sheet is attached.

Regards, Terry, Alliance Captain
