Good afternoon all,

I am attaching the Team Sheet for our game against Whitchurch Hospital on Tuesday next at our ground. I took names from members last Saturday from those who attended for the roll up and presentation, but some members were not there and no sheets had been put up on the Notice Board.

In these unusual times I have selected a team from the members I met last week and also placed a reserve list of members who will also play next Tuesday after a break following 8 ends. I will try and fit in any other members who turn up looking to play. \this will allow practice for all.

We are at home again the following week 4th May, and I will do the same then but from there on particularly for away games I will select a team of twelve to play the whole game and ensure everyone gets a game as the weeks progress.

Subject to other clubs being ready, we have a full fixture list for the 2021 season

Fresh instructions were issued this week regarding the Covid restrictions and we have to continue to apply the usual rules, social distancing, face masks indoors etc. When you arrive at the club house, please visit the notice board to put your name and contact number down on the ‘Track and Trace’ sheet and this will need to be done before every game unless the regulations change. Also put your names down for future games including PG1 and PG2.

The dress code will be Greys with a white top and we should arrive dressed ready to play, the changing rooms cannot be used except to get you bowls and shoes if you left them there last week and one at a time. Face masks must be worn inside. Our car park will be open but the inner gates may be locked at 5.00 pm hence the early start. Please arrive by 1.30 pm for 2.00 pm start. There will be no raffle as yet nor a diddler as we will be changing personal at half time but there will be a collection of £1 per player for the usual revenue for the club. Ray Bridges will be supplying cold drinks including alcohol outside.
