Dear Friends,

We will not be holding an AGM this year because of the restrictions imposed as a result of the covid virus. Normally we would meet to receive officers reports and to vote on the various appointments for next year so this year we are sending out copies of the reports to you. If you have any questions in connection with the reports you can raise them with me and I will liaise with the appropriate officer to send a reply to you.

We would also appoint officers at the AGM and you may recall that I wrote out recently to say that all the present incumbents were prepared to continue for another year but if anyone wished to nominate someone else they should do so by the end of September. No other nominations were received so all the present officers are confirmed in their positions for another year. These are as follows:-
